Guardians of the City is a Urban Fantasy, so Merida comes from the country side looking rather homespun but once she arrives in the city she wears more modern clothing, per insistent urging by Jack who isn't too nice to not mention that wearing a dress isn't a good idea when you're a thief.
She has her bow with her- of course
Her shirt says Bleeding Acid, same shirt she's wearing in my other Big Four fanfic 
I like Merida wearing cammo pants because as far as I can see she's the only Disney princess that enjoys killing small animals more than singing to them.
